I think this is the top orthopedic doctor . I brought a dog who dislocated her hip and compared to AMC hospital, the dog seems to recovered earlier and able to walk the 2nd day after surgery itself. Tq!

Our 15yrs old Shih Tzu had an accident during grooming. His injury, unbeknownst to us at the time it was a hip displacement (first video was taken a day after the accident) on his right leg.

Dr Kiew (Pet First) carried out the procedure of X-ray (Pic 1 pre surgery) and his assessment was the dog needed a closed hip reduction operation. Due to age and condition of the dog's heart, Dr Kiew aliased us with Dr Prem (Gasing Vet) for an ultrasound. After the visit to Dr Prem, the surgery was carried out smoothly by Dr Kiew. (Pic 2 post surgery) (Vid 2 is 2 weeks after the surgery)

Our dog is now looking well as he is determined to be walking normally again thanks to caring people at PetFirst Vet Kepong and Gasing Vet Hospital. Special mention to the doctors and nurses on this collaborative effort ensuring our dog's best chance of survivor.

I foster dogs and puppies and have received all round excellent service on my many visits, both routine and with sick animals. My local vet could not diagnose an issue with one of my dogs who was becoming sicker and sicker (kudos to them as they did try many things to help) , Pets First found the root of the problem, and even got second opinions just to be sure as it was not obvious, she was in intensive care for ten days but pulled though and is on the mend. The follow up care has been good and thorough.

I have also had a kneecap surgery performed for a dog who could not walk and is now walking and playing fine, again very good service and aftercare including supporting us with her rehabilitation over a number of months. The hospital area is super clean and well kitted out.

I like the fact you can just walk in and wait so you do not have to make appointments which is sometimes much easier. I know this might not suit everyone but I like the set up and I like that staff get a proper lunchbreak so can rest and be refreshed for their afternoon sessions. It is good to take care of the staff as well as the animals.

It is not a fancy looking practice, I do not need a posh waiting area or shiny décor, but it provides honest and excellent technical care which is what matters, compared to my local vets the prices are very good. I do not speak any of the local languages and have always had polite and professional service and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you need specialist orthopedic work, Dr. Kiew is one of the best in the country.

Walk in after lunch time, ask the staff can proceed the pyometra surgery, no one can answer (ask to consult again with Dr.) I have full blood report with X ray, but they looks like ignore it and ask me get doctor check again then only decide. My consent is , today can surgery or not. If cannot then I just proceed with other clinic. Waste my time to start again all the checking and end up tell me no time for the surgery.
